Aubrey Lavon Davis, 87, of Andrews passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 in Bay Minette, Alabama.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at a graveside service at 2:00 PM Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Andrews Old Cemetery with Rev. Leslie Boone officiating. The family will receive friends from 9 AM-12 PM on Thursday at the funeral home. Aubrey was born on March 24, 1933 to Howard and Ethel Hoye Davis in Mason, Texas. He spent time as a cotton farmer and a welder and was a supervisor for the Alaskan Pipeline. Aubrey served his country in the Army during the Korean War. He had a love for tractors and country and western dancing. His family was very special to him and they brought him lots of joy over the years. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Dwayne Davis, sister, Dorothy Chisamore and a granddaughter, Kayla Davis.

He is survived by his daughter, Brenda Phillips and husband Travis of Bay Minette, Alabama, sons, Cliff Davis and partner Dana of Cleburne, Texas and Bobby Davis and wife Ann of West Lake, Louisiana, sister, Zelda Carr of New Mexico, brothers, Dale Davis of Andrews and Paul Davis, 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
