Sally was born on March 18, 1937 in Pioneer, Texas to Irvin Willie Pittman and Zora Collins. Her mother passed away at the Age of 5, and her father remarried Odell Morrison, and they raised her in Williams, May, and Rankin, where she attended school and was an all-district basketball player. She married Jackie Lee Barnett on July 22, 1954 in Midkiff, and they have lived in Midkiff, Big Lake, Kermit. Abilene, and Andrews. They lived in Andrews from 1973 – 1994. While in Andrews, her husband pastored Second Baptist Church, where she played the piano and sung and was very involved in the church. They were also members of Good News Fellowship and City of Refuge in Andrews. They retired and moved to Lake Brownwood in 1994, where they were members of Abundant Life Church, and returned to Andrews in 2018. They both had a heart for inner healing ministry, where they pastored young parents, young mothers, and anyone they met and needed help. She never met a stranger and was always trying to help them. She enjoyed being a seamstress, collecting rocks, tea pots, dishes, and crafts. Her husband did woodworking, and she would paint them and other crafts. She was always decorating, making curtains from scraps, and reorganizing the furniture and home. She loved to cook and always seemed to make a complete meal from nothing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Zora Pittman and Irvin and Odell Pittman, son, David Glenn Barnett, 5 siblings, Dolores Stover, Don, Dean, Dob, and Ronnie Pittman, and grandson, Nathaniel Barnett.

Sally is survived by her husband, Jackie Barnett of Andrews; 6 children, Lisa Williams and husband, Steve, of Andrews, Michelle Watson and husband, Dan, of Andrews Julie Jarvis and husband, Randy, of Andrews, Tracy Barnett of Andrews, Kevin Barnett and wife, April, of Brownwood, and Kristin Munos and husband, Rudy, of Lubbock; 16 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren and one on the way.
