Nicolasa R. Flores

Nicolasa R. Flores, 88, of Andrews, Texas, was called home to our Lord on December 23, 2021, in Odessa Texas.

Friends and Family gathered to celebrate her life Tuesday, December 28, 2021, from 10:00AM – 11:00AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Rev. Jose De Dios-Gonzalez officiating, Pallbearers included Chris Avila, Luis Flores, Romie Flores, Joel Cuevas, Evan Conner, and Damien Flores. Interment followed at the Andrews West Cemetery. Visitation was held on Monday, December 27, 2021, from 12:00PM – 6:00PM in the McNett Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary Prayer service from 6:00PM – 8:00PM. Arrangements are under the personal care of McNett Funeral Home.

Nicolasa was born on September 10, 1933, to Luis and Simona Ramos in Grandfalls, Texas. She married Daniel R. Flores Sr. February 4, 1955, in Midland, Texas. Nicolasa, a homemaker, was known for her kindness to all those who met her and her devotion to the Catholic faith. She also dedicated her time and energy as a caregiver to family and friends. Her charm and smile set enlightenment to any given moment.

She was preceded in death by her Father Luis Ramos; Mother Simona Valenzuela; Brother Julian Ramos and Melton Ramos; Sisters Micheala Bonilla, Theodora Salgado, and Andrea Sanchez; Her Husband Daniel R. Flores Senior; Son Daniel R. Flores Junior.

She is survived by her two sons, Leonardo “Nayo” Flores and wife Leticia of Andrews, Texas and Fernando “Nano” Flores of Andrews, Texas. Stepdaughter Minerva “Minni” Garcia of San Angelo, Texas; 8 Grand children and 5 Great Grandchildren.
