Manny was born September 30, 1994, in Andrews, Texas to Rodolfo Adrian Ybarra and Melissa Lopez Garcia. At a very young age Manny acquired a rare lifelong blood disorder that he did not let define him. Despite the prognosis of a fiveyear life expectancy, Manny miraculously beat all odds and we were amazingly blessed to have had him present in our lives for 28 years. Manny always wore a smile, no matter the pain and disappointments his condition may have caused. If his condition prevented him from doing something he loved, Manny would find another way to be involved. Manny was an adventurous, strong-willed, and courageous person. He never let his condition get the best of him or let it discourage him. Throughout his time in Andrews’ schools, he was involved in many sports and extracurricular activities. When his condition didn’t allow for sports, Manny used his intelligence to excel in his studies, winning awards and honors. He attended college at UTPB and worked as a CAD Draftsman for WTC, Inc., until his death. In his spare time, Manny enjoyed coaching alongside his cousin Nicholas Sanchez. He also enjoyed fishing, sports, watching the Boston Red Sox play, barbecuing, crawfish boils, going hunting with his father, Rodolfo; Uncle, Randy; brother, Isaiah, and all of his friends. He really looked forward to taking his yearly trips with his friends to float the river. Overall, Manny was content with just hanging out, having a good time with family and friends and living life to the fullest. He was a true people person and was always willing to lend a helping hand and was more than willing to take a road trip with anyone to anywhere. Manny loved his brother and sisters and would not pass up an opportunity to tease them but no matter what he would be there for them in a heartbeat. He especially loved his grandparents, his parents, and his precious dog, Diamond.

Manny is survived by his grandparents, Mario and Cindy Lopez of Andrews, Texas. His mother Melissa Garcia and husband Joe of Odessa, Texas. Father, Rodolfo Adrian Ybarra and wife Alexis of Andrews, Texas. Brother Isaiah Ybarra of Andrews, Texas. Sisters Deziree Garcia, and Jocelynne Garcia both of Odessa, Texas, and Aubrey Ybarra and Ariana Ybarra both of Andrews, Texas. Stepbrother Ben Garcia of San Antonio, Texas and step-sister Mayah Garcia of Odessa, Texas. Aunt Yvonnie Tenorio and husband Rick of Midland, Texas. Aunt Amy Lopez and husband Randy Wake of Andrews, Texas. Several cousins, great aunts, and great uncles who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rudy and Manuela Ybarra, and his beloved dog Diamond.
