Randy Paul Locke, 64, of Andrews passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 in Andrews.

Randy was born on January 8, 1955 in Lamesa, Texas to Chester Aubrey Locke and Sara Elizabeth Logan. He was raised in Seminole and attended schools in Seminole, and his family moved to Andrews in 1974. He had worked as a cook for Speedway Groceries and Cassidy’s Sub Shop in Andrews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Randy is survived by his 3 siblings, Michael Whisenant and his wife, Shirley, of Seminole, Rickey Whisenant of Leander, and Luann Locke of Haverhille, New Hampshire.
