Gregory Scott Taylor

Gregory Scott Taylor, age 62, of Coleman, died Sunday, March 13, 2022, in Coleman County.

He was born December 19, 1960, in Kermit, Texas to Bob Leroy Taylor and June Mitchusson Taylor. Scott grew up in Andrews, Texas where he attended school. He was an expert carpenter and could build anything that was requested of him. Scott enjoyed riding on his Harley, playing in pool tournaments, and reading. He relocated to Coleman in 2018 where he had made many friends. His kindness and friendship will be missed by many.

Scott is preceded indeath by his parents, Bob and June Taylor, and a great-nephew, Taylor Levins.

He is survived by three sisters, Debra Taylor of Copperas Cove, Bobbe Levins of Coleman, and Cristy Browning and husband Jim of Georgetown; his nieces and nephews, Josh Taylor, Kim Harvey and husband Kip and children, Brandy Neal and children, April Taber and husband Jim and children, Jerod Lennox and wife Julie and children, and Nic Tate and wife Kelli and children.

A memorial service with inurement will take place at a later date in Andrews, Texas.
