Dale Junior Unruh, 74, of Andrews passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 in Andrews.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Second Baptist Church of Andrews with Pastor Kevin Covington officiating. Cremation is under the personal care of Mc-Nett Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday at the funeral home. Dale was born on November 17, 1945 in Garden City, Kansas to William and Augusta Unruh. He married Ruth Elizabeth Unruh on July 14, 1984 in Andrews, Texas. Dale and Ruth moved to Andrews in 1978 where they raised their children. He worked as a Shop Foreman for Palmer of Texas and was a member of Second Baptist Church. Dale raised goats, loved playing cards and enjoyed tinkering with cars in his spare time. He was preceded in death by his dad, William Unruh, mom, Augusta Unruh, brothers, Lee Unruh, Waldo Unruh, Allen Unruh, Edward Unruh, Larry Unruh, sister, Dollie Poggendorf, and granddaughter, Miranda Helbig.

Dale is survived by his wife 36 years, Ruth Unruh of Andrews, Texas, children, Christy Hartgraves and husband, Carey of Carrollton, Texas, Daniel Unruh of Carrollton, Texas, Amos Rosas of Andrews, Texas, Sebastian Rosas of Andrews, Texas, Jason Rosas of Odessa, Texas and Teresa Helbig of Andrews, Texas, sister, Betty Mick and husband Marvin of West Virginia, sister-in-law, Marie Unruh of Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, Raymond Unruh and wife DeMaris of Kansas, Lester Unruh and wife Verla of Florida and 11 grandchildren.
