Cullen Laine Thompson

Cullen Laine Thompson, age 24, pass away Wednesday, May 11, 2022, in Odessa, Texas. He was born January 1, 1998 in Andrews Texas, to William Coe Freeman Jr. and Rebecca Joy Thompson.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 19, 2022, at The River of Life Church in Andrews, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022 5PM-8PM at The McNett Funeral Home Chapel.

Cullen was a storyteller. He enjoyed telling his family and friends stories in vivid detail, they would say he would tell a story so big you could see exactly what he was saying. He loved to fish and do anything to pertained to being outdoors. He helped out at the Ace Arena with the roping that was performed. Cullen had a personality as big as they come and was a child at heart. He loved the lord and enjoyed going to church. He was an amazing son, grandson, brother, and friend and will be dearly missed.

Cullen is survived by his parents: William Freeman Jr. and Rebecca Thompson of Odessa, TX.; maternal grandparents: Robert Thompson and wife Neva of Andrews, TX.; paternal grandparents: Tommy Cates and wife Gwen of Andrews, TX.; brother: Chris Thompson and wife Mariah of Andrews, TX.; sister: Caylyn Hooper of Odessa, TX.; uncle: Rob Thompson of Andrews, TX.; nieces: Jaydyn Thompson and Tinzlee Thompson both of Andrews, TX.; and nephew: Maddox Thompson of Andrews, TX.

He is preceded in death by his great grandparents: Edward and Mary Ann Phillips; and Jay and Patsy Thompson.
