Bobby Wayne Condra, 94, of Andrews passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020.

Family and close friends will gather to celebrate his life at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 17, 2020 at the McNett Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Guy Crawford officiating and Jack Gothard assisting. Interment will follow in the Andrews Old Cemetery.

Bobby was born on November 21, 1926 on his family farm in Gomez, Texas to Frank Bunyon Condra and Nina Maggie Stigler. He married the love of his life, Betty Clair McCain, on October 7, 1955 at her parents’ home in Barstow, Texas. Bobby served his country in the United States Army during World War II in the Occupation Effort. He became a Mason in 1952 and was a lifelong member.

Bobby was a man of many interests in both his professional and personal life. He was a rancher, a barber, a disc jockey and retired as a telephone installer. Watching and announcing rodeos was his favorite pastime. Bobby never met a stranger. He was happiest when surrounded by family and friends, sitting around the table telling stories and jokes, and celebrating special events with his loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Buck, Tobe and Bill Condra.

Bobby is survived by his wife of 65 years Betty “Betsy” Condra of Andrews, Texas. He is also survived by his son, Sammy Condra and wife Jean of Bernardo, Texas, daughter Nina Gothard and husband Monty of Crane, Texas; 3 grandchidren, Valorie Loessin and husband Matt, Jena Escamilla and husband Arturo, Kristen Vale and husband A.J.; and 5 great-grandchildren, Cullen and Sage Loessin, and Dexter, Annalee and Lincoln Escamilla.
