On Thursday, May 18, 2023, Rebecca Robertson, an Andrews High School graduate, was presented a $1,000 Scholarship by Bonnie Muncy, MD on behalf of the Andrews County Medical Society.

The Andrews High School Choirs competed at their UIL Concert and Sightreading Contest at Andrews High School on April 12. The Chorale Men (Non-Varsity Tenor-Bass Choir) earned a Division 2 (Excellent) Rating in Concert and a Division 1 (Superior) Rating in Sightreading. The Chorale Women (Non-Varsity Treble Choir), A Cappella Women (Varsity Treble Choir), A Cappella Men (Varsity Tenor-Bass Choir), and A Cappella (Varsity Mixed Choir) received the Sweepstakes Award. A Sweepstakes is awarded when the choir earns a Division 1 (Superior rating) in both Concert and Sightreading.
