Xava Charlene Jackson

Xava Charlene Jackson, 81, of Adkins, Texas passed away March 3, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 28, 2020 at a graveside service at the Andrews Old Cemetery. Xava was born on July 17, 1938 in Los Angeles, California to Charles Leon Lewis and Xava Laurel Troutman. She was the office manager for Jack B. Kelley for many years. Xava was involved in the Fraternal Order of Eagles and rose to become Madam-President of the local Broncho Aerie Eagles. She loved exploring genealogy and spending time with family and friends. Xava was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, John and Jim Enders, sister, Esther Osterhout, 2 sons, Charles and Todd Day, and daughter Charlene Quick.

She is survived by her daughter Glenda Williams of Odessa, Texas, companion Bobby Woods of Adkins, Texas, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
