Roy Miles Garrett

Roy Miles Garrett, of Andrews died, on Monday, August 02, 2021, in Andrews, Texas. Friends and family are invited to celebrate his life at 02:00 PM Saturday, August 07, 2021, at McNett Funeral Home with Rev. Leslie L. Boone officiating. Interment will follow in the Andrews North Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday, August 06, 2021, at McNett Funeral Home.

Roy Miles Garrett was born on August 18, 1950, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Clarence Milton Garrett and Lois Reed. He loved to go fishing, camping, and enjoyed watching western movies. Worked in oil field heavy equipment operator, industrial and auto supply for 25 years. He loved drinking coffee with his buddies at Dairy Queen. He loved being with family, ridding his golf cart and picking up aluminum cans.

He is preceded in death by his parents Clarence Milton, and Lois Reed Garrett, brother Jimmie Garrett and sister Patricia MacNish.

He is survived by his wife Mary Joyce Garrett, son Ronnie Miles, and wife Charlotte Garrett, daughter, Karen Hobbs. Albert and wife Donna Garrett, Charles and wife Glenna Garrett, Wayne and wife Teresa Garrett, and Marshall Garrett, and Bill and Debbie Garrett.

Grandchildren: Ashley Marie Garrett, Courtney Moreno and husband Jonah, Shannon Hobbs, Ronnie, and wife Tina Garrett.

Great grandchildren: Ollie Moreno, Kaleb Olivas, Briella Moreno, Annika Moreno.
