Pat Dyson

Pat Dyson, 85, of Clifton, Texas, formerly of Andrews, passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021.

Family and friends gathered to celebrate her life at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the McNett Funeral Home Chapel with Leslie Gross officiating. Interment followed in the Andrews West Cemetery. Visitation was from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. The family received friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Pat was born on January 14, 1936 in Pleasanton, Texas to Hubert and Alice Ethredge Smith. She married Bill Dyson on May 12, 1956 in Levelland, Texas. She was a florist for many years. Pat loved to quilt, macrame and work on all types of crafts. Most of all, she loved her family!

She was preceded in death by her parents, son, James Dyson, sister, Judy Morris and brother Charles Smith.

Pat is survived by her husband of 64 years Bill Dyson of Clifton, Texas, son, Leslie Dyson of Warsaw, Kentucky, daughter, Melissa Pate of Midland, Texas, son, Tim Dyson and wife Sheri of Cranfills Gap, Texas, brother, Louis Smith of Louisiana, 6 grandchildren, 8 greatgrandchildren and one on the way.
