Guadalupe Emilia De La Garza

Guadalupe Emilia De La Garza, 83, of Andrews TX passed away on October 18, 2021, in Andrews, Texas.

Family and friends gathered to celebrate her life at 10:00 AM Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the Church of Christ in Andrews, with Leslie Boone officiating. Interment followed in the Andrews North Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 1:00 to 9:00 pm at McNett Funeral Home, as well as on Friday, October 22, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at the Church of Christ.

Guadalupe was born in Mexico on April 5, 1938, to Antolin and Martha Garza Leal. Guadalupe loved to sing, dance, garden, and talked to everyone, she loved playing and joking with her kids and grandkids. She was very loveable, and always had a smile on her face. Guadalupe is preceded in death by her parents, husband Rogelio De La Garza.

She is survived by her children, Richie De La Garza and wife Erica of Andrews, Tx, Rubén De La Garza of Midland, Tx, Rogelio De La Garza and wife Irma of Reynosa, México, Romeo De La Garza of Midland, Tx, Adriana De La Garza and husband Martin Rodriguez of Midland, Tx, Hilda Mendoza and husband Ricardo of Andrews, Tx, and Teresa De La Garza of Andrews, Tx. Along with eighteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
