On Thursday evening September 16, 2021, Ethel Vaughan went to her heavenly home.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at the Grace Baptist Church with Minister Jeff Chapman officiating. Interment will follow in the Andrews Old Cemetery. Viewing will be held at McNett Funeral Home Chapel 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.

Ethel was a godly woman who loved the lord and family with all her heart. She attended Grace Baptist Church in Andrews, Texas. She set an example for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren that will lead them all their lives. Though she was a humble, gentle woman, Ethel was nonetheless a powerful prayer warrior and only heaven knows what a wonderful and eternal impact all her many years of faithful praying have had on her family, her friends and anyone she ever met.

Survived by her husband Sid Vaughan and children; Cynthia Rawls and Husband Gary Rawls of Andrews, Texas.; Joy Grant and husband Mitch Grant of Littlefeild, Texas; Rhonda Travis and husband Jimmy Travis of Andrews, Texas ; Danielle Baker and husband Steve Baker of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Chad Vaughan of Andrews, Texas; Siblings; Faye Ellis of Carlsbad, New Mexico; Ricky Howell and wife Nellie Howell of Checotah, Oklahoma.

12 grandchildren, Nathan Rawls, Daniel Rawls, Erica Wilson, Heather Zamarron, Jordan Tucker, Spencer Grant, Tanner Travis, Josh Travis, Hannah Travis, Tosha Vaughan, Zane Baker, and Lauren Baker

12 great grandchildren Marley, Isaac, Reese, Holly, Makenna, Hadley, Jaxson, Allie, Barret, Daxton, Nora and Bexley.

Preceded in death by her Parents, Herbert Lee Howell and Estelle Qualls Harmon; Son Jeromy Vaughan; Brothers Kenneth Howell, Vernon Howell, Jackie Howell and David Howell ; Sisters Joyce Casey, Rosezetta Howell and Darlene Sewell ; As well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
