Essie Mae Delk, 85, of Andrews passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 28, 2021, in Andrews, Texas.

Essie Mae Delk was born on March 17, 1936, Calico Rock, Arkansas to John Wesley Brinsfield and Glena Majors Brinsfield Locke. She was a beloved mother and grandmother. Loved by everyone she met. She had 16 grandchildren and a numerous grandchildren whom have added to the family through marriage. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all her nieces and nephews.

She supported the Wounded Veterans and different missionaries over the years as well.

She leaves to cherish her memory daughters; Glenda Bailey, Neva Phillips, and Wilma Delk. Siblings; Velma Heil. Preceded in death by; Husband, Jay Frank Delk. Parents; John Wesley Brinsfield and Glena Locke, Stepdad, Harold Locke, and Sister Tabitha Locke.

The inurement and religious ceremony will be at the graveside at Andrews North Cemetery NW 15th Street and NW Avenue E Andrews, Texas 79714. Date is to be determined
