Coza Ree Nix Bostick, 90, of Miami, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 in Miami, Oklahoma.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at McNett Funeral Home Chapel, 705 North Main Street, in Andrews, Texas with Rev. Glenn Pipes of Wilshire Park Baptist Church in Midland officiating. Interment will follow in the Andrews Old Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM – 2 PM on Saturday at McNett Funeral Home. Coza was born on October 31, 1929 in Roscoe, Texas to Dennis Clyde Nix and Ora Fern Simons Nix. She was raised in Andrews and graduated from Andrews High School in 1947. She attended Hardin Simmons College in Abilene and had worked for Andrews County and Permian Oil Company in Midland. She married Leemon “Bud” Bostick on June 12, 1965 in Midland. They moved to Gonzales, Louisiana in 1966, where she worked for Avis Rent A Car. They moved to Clinton, Louisiana, where she worked for the Chevrolet Auto Dealership, and they were members and very involved at Feliciana Baptist Church. They moved to Lehigh Acres, Florida in 1999, where they were members of Lehigh Acres Baptist Church. She was currently a member of Mc-Gregor Baptist Church in Fort Myers, Florida. She moved to Coweta, Oklahoma in 2014 and then to Miami, Oklahoma in 2016. She was a member of the Eastern Star and very involved with them throughout the towns she lived. She loved her plants, going on cruises and traveling, and will be remembered for being an elegant, classy, always matching with her fashion, “Diva”. She was a very faithful and loving wife to her husband, and they were a God loving Christian couple. She was a loving mother to her children and always loving on the rest of the family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bud, on April 29, 2003, her parents, sister, Millie Ree McDonald, and brother, Drexell McCoy Nix.

Coza is survived by her 2 daughters, Vickie Lee Johnson and husband, Terry, of Miami, Oklahoma and Denise Ash and husband, Rickey, of Batchelor, Louisiana, 8 grandchildren, Robert “Bobby” Johnson, Sheri Province and husband, Rob, Terrell Delgado and husband, Juan “Johnny”, David Williamson and wife, Lori, TJ Johnson and partner, Danielle, Tina Newman, Misty Ash, and Mindy Ash, 29 great grandchildren, and 14 great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be sent to Integris Hospice of Miami, Oklahoma.
