Chance Lane Dower, 44, of Fulshear, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019 in Houston. Family and friends gathered to celebrate his life Friday, at Means Memorial United Methodist Church, with Rev. Rick Doyle, officiating. Inurnment was held in the Andrews Old Cemetery.
