Billie Hogeland Davis, 85, of Andrews, Texas passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life at 2:00 PM Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Andrews Old Cemetery with Eric Hammack and Rev. Josh Morris officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the personal care of McNett Funeral Home.

Billie was born on March 16, 1936 in Red River County, Texas to William Finis Hogeland and Eunice Alma Parmley. She married Thomas C. “Red” Davis on June 23,1956 in Lovington, New Mexico. They were married 63 years before his passing on July 21, 2019. Billie retired from Andrews County after working for the District Clerk and Tax Office. She was a faithful member of the First Assembly of God. Shopping was one of her favorite things to do! Family and friends brought great joy to Billie. She had two special friends, Evelyn McCarley Bowers and Sue Sherrill. She loved her grandchildren, children, siblings, nieces, nephews and many friends. She cherished each one. She will be dearly missed by all. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Maedean Campbell and grandson, Allen Davis.

She is survived by her children, Cynthia Davis Black and husband Michael of Midland, Texas, Thomas C. Davis Jr. and wife Julie of Andrews, Texas and Kimberly Davis Hearon and husband Russ of Andrews, Texas, siblings, Fonnie Hudgens of Andrews, Texas, Finis Hogeland and wife Ilene of Andrews, Texas and Sondra Bredemeyer and husband Charlie of Odessa, Texas, grandchildren, Brandon Black, Amanda Arnold, Aaron Davis, Natasha Riley and Derek Griffin, great-grandchildren, Dylan Dobbins, Carter Griffin, Richard Black, Vivian Black, Tripp Arnold, Annabelle Arnold, Olivia Davis and Kadence Riley.

The family would like to thank Nurses Unlimited-Yecenia, Elizabeth and Eniola and Home Hospice for their care and compassion.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Home Hospice.
