With 53 teams in the field, the two things the Lubbock Christian XC meet Saturday was not missing were bodies and competition.
District play is just nine days away and that might be a great thing for the Andrews Lady Mustangs volleyball team.

When you see matches and it’s a 4A team like the Andrews Lady Mustangs against 2A’s like the Wink Lady Wildcats and the Fort Davis Lady Indians -- the first thing that comes to mind is ‘cake walks’ or at least ‘easy wins.’
Took a bit, but a bit was more than enough!
Just because it was a smaller school meet that the Andrews Mustangs Cross County teams took part in the Crane XC Meet means nothing.
